Position: Full‑Time

What You’ll Do
- Welcome & Listen – Greet guests, capture their concerns, and perform quick walk‑arounds to spot additional service needs.
- Advise & Educate – Build accurate repair estimates, explain recommendations in plain language, and secure approvals.
- Coordinate & Communicate – Liaise with technicians, monitor work‑in‑progress, and keep customers fully updated.
- Ensure Quality & Accuracy – Review RO’s for completeness, verify warranty coverage, and handle after‑service follow‑ups.
- Drive Loyalty & Sales – Promote maintenance packages, upsell value‑add services, and nurture long‑term relationships.
What You Bring
- 2+ year in an automotive service advisor or comparable customer‑facing role (dealership experience a plus).
- Solid understanding of basic vehicle systems and repair terminology.
- Polished verbal/written communication and a calm, solutions‑first attitude.
- Comfort with DMS software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, etc.) and strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and a passion for the road.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
