Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly motivated, go-getter Commission Service Writer to join our growing automotive team. This role is all about closing deals, building trust, and helping customers make confident repair decisions. We average 40–60 qualified leads per week – which means plenty of opportunity for the right person to sell, sell, sell and make serious money. NO COLD CALLS, all calls come into the center warm and looking for car maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and gather vehicle information.
- Recommend appropriate services and repair solutions based on diagnostics and technician input.
- Create and present repair estimates in a clear, professional manner.
- Clearly explain service options, warranties, and value to customers.
- Follow up with customers on declined services, vehicle status, and satisfaction.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering honest, customer-first service.
- Collaborate with technicians and the shop manager to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Input customer and vehicle data accurately into the shop management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales environment.
Requirements:
- Automotive sales or service writing experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and services (we’ll provide training).
- Must be dependable, punctual, and organized.
- Valid driver’s license.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, retail management, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in customer service and hitting store profitability goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
