Responsibilities

- Implement effective budgeting strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a welcoming shopping environment.
- Manage shifts efficiently, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Drive sales initiatives by promoting products and services to meet customer needs, building complete automotive quotes and presenting them to Customers.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Qualifications
