What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles for 6–8 hours per shift
- Collect data and provide detailed feedback on vehicle performance
- Ensure safety protocols are followed inside and outside the vehicle
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and the public
- Work independently or with a co-driver; adapt to dynamic environments
- Complete reports and document procedures daily

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience on public roads
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license (TN) and clean driving record
- Able to type 40+ WPM and navigate GSuite apps
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software systems
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass drug and background checks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel up to 20%
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Use of vision, hearing, and fine motor skills to monitor systems and drive
