Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician with a strong background in testing and troubleshooting complex aircraft electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with avionics equipment, including the use of specialized tools to test transponders, pitot-static systems, and antennas. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In addition to testing and troubleshooting, the Avionics Technician will also be expected to perform routine and non-routine maintenance work, ensuring all avionics systems are operating safely and efficiently in compliance with regulatory standards.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in avionics maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.

Proficient in the use of avionics test equipment.

Strong understanding of aircraft electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

FAA Repairman Certificate or A&P License preferred, but not required.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our fleet consist of a Bell 206 L1 with the C30P engine a UH-1H with composite blades with a 703 engine and 2 Robinson R-44’s and 2 Bell 407HP's. We also operate 2 Commander 690s, a Cessna 206, Cessna 182, and a Cessna 172. Excellent location in the Northwest for Hunting Fishing and outdoor activities, in the heart of Eastern Oregon near beautiful Baker City. Pay negotiable depends on experience.

Qualifications:

A&P License preferred
Must have your own set of tools and box.
5 years experience preferred.
