We are seeking a charismatic, self-motivated, self-managed, fun-loving salesperson that loves wedding and party planning with clients. Your job would be to consult clients planning their special day or event by showing them what we offer and building their event with DJ’s, emcees, custom lighting, photo booths, special effects, etc.
You will be trained to present options to our clients during consultations to create the most memorable event they have ever experienced.
We are an award winning, established Event and Entertainment company serving clients for 37 years in the entire state of Arizona. A majority of our business are weddings and the others are corporate and private events such as big corporate parties, private parties, pool parties, karaoke, and much more.
We have DJ’s, emcee’s, custom lighting, different styles of photo booths, special effects, videography, and more. We are also in process of building other divisions in the entertainment industry within the company.

Our clients mostly come from referrals due to our reputation of being one of the most recognized and experienced event production company in the state. However, we would like to bring in someone that can go out and build more business with venues and through social media and SEO. This is an important piece of the pie. Experience with social media is a great advantage.
You must be a motivated results-driven individual with a eagerness & passion for building relationships with our clients & venues. Business may come to you because we get inquires and referrals daily, but calling, visiting venues, and attending open houses is highly beneficial as we continue to grow month over month. We are also referred to by other leaders in the wedding industry. Developing new referrals will be highly lucrative. Commission structure is highly competitive and better than industry standard for the right candidate.
One year experience in the wedding industry, as well as 2 years of sales experience, is preferred but not necessary. This is potentially a long-term position for the right person with advancement opportunities. We are loyal to our team and expect the same loyalty in return. We want someone to grow with us and advance.
If you are interested, you can also work at our events as an entertainer (Photo Booth Attendant, DJ, Emcee, Light Technician, etc.) while you build your client base. There is ample opportunity to grow within the company and advance quickly. Hours are flexible, and your income won’t have a ceiling. All depends on how hard you want to work and play.
