B2B Outreach & Growth Manager

You'll own account development day to day: choosing the right contacts at priority accounts, reaching out with relevant messages, and moving promising conversations to our sales lead.

You'll work with our founder (strategy, content and approvals) and our sales lead (meetings and closing).

You'll be responsible for:

• Researching priority accounts and the right people to contact
• Writing short, tailored outreach on LinkedIn and email
• Coordinating warm introductions and LinkedIn engagement
• Drafting LinkedIn posts from conversations with our founder, with clean, professional visuals created using AI and design tools
• Managing replies and follow-ups, and preparing meeting briefs
• Keeping HubSpot records and next actions current

How we'll measure success

• Relevant replies and conversations with the right people
• Handovers our sales lead accepts, with clear context and next steps
• Follow-ups done on time, with an up-to-date CRM
• Less editing and direction needed over time
• 3+ years in B2B outreach: SDR/BDR, account-based marketing or similar, ideally working with US companies.
• Excellent written English: you write the way a senior professional actually talks, not like a template.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and prospect research tools such as Apollo.
• Good judgment about who to contact, how, and when a conversation is ready for sales.
• A reliable system for managing follow-ups across many accounts.
• Comfort using AI tools to research and draft, and checking their output carefully.
• Fully remote; candidates must live in Latin America.
• Full-time, with at least 5 hours of overlap with US Central business hours.
• Contractor arrangement.
• Compensation: USD 3,500–4,200 per month, depending on experience.
• A background check is required before starting.
