Position Summary
You will be one of two dedicated B2B Sales & Account Managers at Valley Sweeping—responsible for both hunting new B2B business and managing existing client relationships. You’ll be the face of the company to property managers, city departments, general contractors, HOAs, and industrial sites across the region.
This is a strategic, relational, boots-on-the-ground sales role. You’ll be expected to generate new accounts, cross-sell across service lines, gain feedback about new services, and ensure our current customers are thrilled with our work.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Growth
- Identify and pursue new commercial and municipal clients for all service offerings
- Book meetings, build proposals, and close deals
- Own the sales process from lead generation to signed agreement
- Cross-sell all Valley Sweeping services to prospects and existing clients
- Represent our brand at local events, city meetings, trade shows, etc.
Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify service gaps or upsell opportunities
Strategy & Collaboration
- Report on pipeline, wins, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with operations to ensure client expectations are met
- Work closely with ownership and the GM to hit aggressive growth targets
- Help shape the future sales organization and team as we scale

Preferred Background
- 2–5 years in B2B sales, account management, or commercial estimating
- Knowledge of sales CRMs and pipeline tracking
- Bonus: experience in construction, trades, or blue-collar services, experience with city bids, property management portfolios, or facility maintenance contracts
- Bonus: you are great with social media and marketing efforts
