Backservers at black & blue are responsible for providing support to the server through all points of service throughout the dining experience. They are directly responsible for the following duties:
- Greeting guests
- Bread and water service
- Clearing finished items
- Table refresh and appropriate course resets
- Table maintenance (refreshing bread, water, coffee)
- Full table clearing and reset upon guest departure
- Provide general assistance as needed
The position requires a knowledge of food and beverage and an ability to execute fine dining service. Full and part time positions available.
