Server Assistant/Busser Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
- Ensure all plates are presented according to the hotel’s high standards.
- Assist servers in providing an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
- Communicate efficiently with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.
Server Assistant/Busser Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Busser or similar role in a high-volume or luxury preferred.
- Proficient English.
- Professional presentation, high energy, and enthusiastic.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A professional and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods and carry trays of food.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
