our bakers will:
- prepare all items as needed in a sanitary and timely manner
- follow recipes, methods/procedures and product presentation specifications
- proactively communicate with team regarding production status and any needs/issues
- operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- throughout shift, maintain a clean and organized station with proper safety and sanitation practices
- at end of shift, assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
