Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods to meet customer demands.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision, ensuring aesthetic appeal.
- Package finished products for sale while maintaining food safety standards.
- Assist in food production and preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
- Utilize knife skills for food preparation tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in baking, pastry preparation, or culinary arts is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with packaging techniques for baked goods is a plus.
