Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our culinary team. With experience on bread shaping. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in baking techniques and food preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency in every product. This role requires creativity, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the baking process.
- Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and other baking tools.
- Collaborate with team members to meet catering orders and special requests.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized during and after baking activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
