Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including pastries and bread.
- Package finished products for display and sale while maintaining food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the kitchen environment.
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely, including knives for food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
