Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, energetic & quick learning Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced bar/lounge environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with the preparation and serving of beverages, ensuring timely service to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and lounge, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment as well as bussing tables.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed.
- Collaborate with team members & management to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling practices is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
