What You'll Do:
- Greet and connect with guests to provide friendly, personalized service
- Prepare high-quality espresso, coffee, and tea drinks with consistency and care
- Assist with preparing fresh pastries and to-go orders
- Educate customers about our blends, brewing equipment, and specialty items
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety guidelines
- Support restocking, inventory, and daily prep tasks
- Keep displays and signage fresh and engaging
- Contribute to a high-energy, team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior barista or customer service experience preferred (but not required!)
- Willingness to learn new skills and coffee techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and positive team attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Pay Rate:
- $10-12/hr (based off experience) plus TIPS!
