We’re looking for friendly, professional, and reliable baristas to join the Fez team. This is a flexible, event-based position ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys meeting new people. Whether you’re pulling shots at a corporate brunch or frothing lattes at a downtown market, you’re the face of Fez and a key part of creating our signature experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks using our La Marzocco espresso machine
- Steam milk to proper texture and temperature for lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
- Set up and break down equipment and the mobile cart before and after events
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Represent the Fez brand with pride and positivity
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Contract, Per diem, PRN
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
