Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes and standards
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist them in choosing the right beverage
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Uphold food safety standards while handling and preparing food items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Provide help and guidance to customers on menu items or special promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Proficient in food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Strong basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of retail math concepts for pricing and inventory management
