Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista/General Staff to join our team in creating exceptional tea experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a genuine love for bubble Tea. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea and juice beverages, and other menu items with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate the POS systems efficiently for order taking and payment processing.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including food preparation stations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of tea ingredients, supplies, and food items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations during transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or a strong background in the food service industry is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is preferred.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate transaction processing.
- A friendly demeanor with exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Pay: $13.00 - $24.90 per hour
