If you have a passion for coffee, food, and great tunes, this is your backstage pass to an awesome job! You’ll be slinging lattes, prepping delicious bites, and keeping the vibe alive in our café. If you can handle the heat of a fast-paced environment while jamming to classic hits, we want you on our tour!
Key Responsibilities:
- Brew up some liquid gold – craft coffee and espresso drinks that would make any rockstar proud.
- Operate coffee equipment like a true roadie handling the band's gear.
- Help in the kitchen, preparing rockin’ food items, from breakfast classics to sandwiches and baked goods.
- Keep the café and kitchen areas looking as fresh as a brand-new vinyl record – clean, organized, and ready to rock.
- Deliver five-star customer service that hits all the right notes, from taking orders to making guests feel like VIPs.
- Monitor stock levels like a setlist – making sure we never run out of the good stuff.
- Follow health and safety guidelines because no one wants a bad encore.
- Work together with the band (a.k.a. your coworkers) to keep the energy high and the service top-notch.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a barista or in food service is a plus, but we’re happy to teach any willing rockstar-in-training.
- A customer service attitude that shines brighter than a stadium spotlight.
- Ability to keep up with the fast-paced rhythm of a busy café.
- Willingness to learn and take direction like a true professional.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and food prep is great, but passion is what really counts!
- Flexible availability, including weekends and mornings – the show must go on!
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (because rocking out isn’t a desk job).
