What You'll Do
- Craft delicious, high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to perfection.
- Prepare our famous, house-made bagels and sandwiches with care and consistency.
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest from the moment they walk in.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain a clean and inviting cafe environment.
- Work as part of a high-performance team to keep our busy cafe running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- A fantastic, positive attitude and a genuine passion for putting guests first.
- 1-2 years of experience in a coffee shop, cafe, or customer service-focused role is preferred.
- A reliable and hardworking team player who responds positively to coaching.
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Pay, Perks, and Growth
- Pay Range: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour. (Per New York State law, this is a good-faith estimate for this position, comprising a base wage of $15.50-$16.00 per hour plus tips).
