General Requirements
- Experience: While experience is preferred for all positions, it's not necessarily a must for everyone.

- Certifications:
- For Servers & Bartenders:
- Must be certified by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control’s Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Training Program.
- Must have a food handler’s card.
- For Security:
- Must hold a valid BSIS Guard Card.
- Must either be certified in the RBS Training Program or complete it upon hire.
Skills & Qualities for Success
- Servers/Bartenders: Must be personable and professional, providing responsible alcohol service and engaging with guests in a fun yet safe way.
- Security: Must have the necessary certifications and the ability to handle a variety of situations to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
