Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience by preparing quality beverages and providing attentive, friendly service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and rotating inventory.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with local laws.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in creating new cocktails and drink specials to enhance the menu.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bar equipment, sanitation standards, and drink presentation.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
