Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks and a passion for transforming spaces. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in construction and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality results that meet our clients' expectations.
Duties
- Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring installation, and drywall repair.
- Conduct glass installation with precision to ensure safety and durability.
- Inspect construction sites to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design options.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed during remodeling projects.
- Restore existing structures while maintaining their integrity and enhancing their appeal.
- Fabricate custom components when necessary to meet specific project needs.
- Provide accurate construction estimating to clients, outlining the scope of work and materials required.
- Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Experience
- Proven experience in remodeling, construction, or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with electrical systems is highly desirable for completing various renovation tasks.
- Experience in construction inspection is a plus, ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices and protocols is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
