Position: Contract BCBA Assessor (Flexible, Growth-Oriented Role)
We are currently seeking a contract-based BCBA assessor to support our growing needs for Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). This is a project-based, part-time opportunity with the potential to expand into a full-time clinical position based on performance and organizational needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and generate reports with minimal oversight
- Submit high-quality documentation required for prior authorizations
- Work independently while remaining receptive to feedback from our clinical leadership
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and represent CBT with professionalism and care
- Adhere to company policies and uphold ethical, data-driven ABA practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills—must require limited edits or oversight
- Proficiency in data collection systems, clinical note documentation, and scheduling tools
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- No criminal background

- Location: Multiple client locations (travel required within service area)
- Hours: Flexible / As needed; Weekly initials and supervision
