What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers via phone, internet, and text, providing timely and informative responses to their inquiries.
- Master our proven sales process and scripting to effectively guide customers through their vehicle journey.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our vehicle lineup, services, and dealership policies to confidently address customer needs.
- Set and achieve personal goals that align with dealership productivity requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a BDC or similar sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- A passion for cars and a genuine desire to help customers find their perfect vehicle.
- A strong work ethic and a team-player mentality.
