Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive guest service
- Mix and serve beer and batch cocktails
- Educate guests on Voodoo’s brews
- Upsell merch, drink specials, and upcoming events
- Keep the bar clean and stocked
- Handle payments accurately
- Follow alcohol laws and safety rules
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams
- Maintain clean pub areas and restrooms
Qualifications:
- Prior bartending experience required
- Must be 21+ and RAMP Certified
- Reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable about craft beer
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and team-lift kegs (260 lbs)
- Flexible, upbeat, and guest-focused
- Cicerone certification or homebrewing experience a plus

Physical Requirements/Work Environment: At Voodoo Brewery, we understand that working in the hospitality industry requires physical resilience and adaptability. As part of our commitment to providing a safe and supportive work environment, we outline the following physical requirements:
- Standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Working in varying temperatures, including hot and humid conditions in the bar area.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and other substances used in beverage preparation and sanitation. In addition to these physical requirements, all team members must be at least 21 years of age to work at Voodoo Brewery.
