Site Administrator
Salary: 15/hour 25-34 Hours a week.
We are hiring a site administrator to be part of the the R.C. Durr YMCA team serving the Boone County Schools District! Do you love working with children? Job Responsibilities:
- Administers day-to- day operations of assigned SACC Sites, ensuring that the program meets all state, local, and YMCA regulations and standards; ensures compliance with the highest tier Kentucky ALL-STARS programming.
- Maintains and submits accurate accounting of payments, statistics, re4cords and reports in compliance with state licensing, YMCA and program requirements.
- Ensures that all aspects of the program are developmentally appropriate and meet the individual physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of the participants.
- Trains, supervises evaluates site staff and volunteers and assists in the hiring process as needed.
- Prepares and monitors staff schedules at all times, modifying as necessary to maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios, as the specified by the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati.
- Manages the program's revenues and expenses according to the approved program budget.
- Monitor's and promotes program enrollment, ensuring optimal enrollment at all times.
- Promotes a team concept through a positive approach to supervision, communication, and interactions with others. Maintains on-going communication with supervisor and appropriate staff at all levels of the YMCA.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age with a CDA or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Must meet all licensing requirements as determined by the state and local governments.
- Previous experience working with children required.
- CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained/maintained throughout employment.
