Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in various school programs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide support in classroom management, assisting teachers in maintaining an organized and productive environment.
- Facilitate sports coaching sessions, encouraging teamwork, physical activity, and healthy competition among students.
- Offer tutoring assistance to students needing extra help in specific subjects or skills.
- Support early childhood education initiatives, helping to nurture foundational skills in young learners.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding the progress and needs of their children.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive program that meets the diverse needs of all students.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or skills in one or more of the following areas:
- Childcare or babysitting experience, demonstrating the ability to care for and educate young children.
- Background in sports coaching, showcasing an ability to teach physical skills while promoting teamwork.
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is a plus for those interested in integrating values into educational practices.
- Experience in early childhood education or daycare settings, highlighting knowledge of developmental milestones.
- Classroom management skills that ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Tutoring experience that reflects an ability to educate and support children academically.
- A genuine passion for working with children and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
