As a BT or Registered Behavior Technician at Lasting Behavioral Solutions, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. Your role will involve implementing treatment plans designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors while managing challenging behaviors in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinic space
- Lead and coordinate staff outings and meetings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during therapy sessions.
- Communicate effectively with clients' families to ensure consistency and progress.
- Maintain ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Work closely with admin team to ensure client hours are maximized
- HR support
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification (preferred)
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping others.
- Reliable transportation
