What You’ll Do
- Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic environment
- Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA with consistency and care
- Collect and document accurate session data to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions
- Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals and contribute your expertise
- Create a positive, motivating atmosphere tailored to each child’s unique needs

Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, RBT, or in a related role supporting children with autism or developmental differences
- RBT credential preferred (must be willing to obtain/maintain certification if not currently certified)
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
