Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and intervention for individuals facing behavioral health challenges. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to improving mental health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of behavioral health plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support during critical situations
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
- Engage with families to provide education and resources related to behavioral health.
Requirements
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health settings is highly desirable.
- Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices is a plus.
- Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities is beneficial.
