Jamestown Family Health Clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to lead our growing counseling team. This vital leadership role blends direct clinical care with program development and staff supervision in a multidisciplinary, team-based primary care setting.
As the Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor, you will guide the delivery of integrated behavioral health services, foster innovation, and ensure high standards of quality and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise behavioral health counselors, ensuring compliance with licensure, continuing education, and clinical best practices
- Provide mentorship, performance evaluations, and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Foster integration with primary care, nursing, MAT, and telehealth services
Program Development & Oversight
- Lead the design and implementation of workflows that integrate behavioral health into whole-person care
- Support quality improvement initiatives and data tracking aligned with clinic goals
- Collaborate on the development of innovative models, including group care and chronic disease management support
Care Coordination & Collaboration
- Partner with internal and external providers (including hospitals, crisis response, and community organizations)
- Coordinate care for patients with complex medical, mental health, and substance use needs
- Liaise with community agencies addressing social determinants of health
Direct Patient Care
- Provide billable behavioral health services, including assessments, brief interventions, and crisis support
- Consult with primary care providers on behavioral health treatment planning
- Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care
Training & Community Engagement
- Deliver staff education on behavioral health topics
- Promote use of evidence-based interventions and stay current with treatment innovations
- Support community education and outreach initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health field (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)
- Unrestricted Washington State behavioral health license
- Minimum of 5 years post-licensure clinical experience
- At least 2 years of experience supervising clinical staff
- Experience in integrated primary care or multidisciplinary team environments
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) – EPIC preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
- Working knowledge of relevant federal and state behavioral health regulations
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally/regionally
- Must meet vaccination and background check requirements

Pay: $78,279.00 - $109,590.00 per year
