The primary responsibility of the Bell Attendant is to ensure the smooth flow of guests in and out of the Hotel.
As a Bell Attendant you will assist guests with their luggage to the front desk or to their rooms if requested.
As a Bell Attendant you will engage in the first contact with guests of the Hotel and must always maintain a professional presence and attitude.
As a Bell Attendant you must possess a fluid knowledge and understanding of the local area, community events, and activities available to guests of the Hotel and be able to drive standard and automatic vehicles.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills Top level customer service experience
Physical Requirements: 1. Climbing stairs 2. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds 3. Walking 4. Standing 5. Bending 6. Hearing and manual dexterity
