Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, manufacturing, and construction, with hands-on experience operating CNC stone fabrication machines. As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all components meet quality standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate various fabrication tools and machinery to create components according to specifications.
- Templating.
- Utilize forklifts and other heavy equipment for material handling and transportation within the facility.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in working with granite, solid surface, marble, quartz and quartzite.
- Stone cutting and polishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Conduct routine maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding material handling processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
