Point Blank Distributing is a locally owned wholesale distributor of craft beer, cider and other non-alcoholic products. We represent some of the most distinguished breweries in the industry. Our priority is service with an emphasis on building relationships with our customers and breweries. We are seeking qualified individuals to join our merchandising team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Merchandising company products (will train)
- Drive assigned route in a safe, timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all accounts
- Provide superior communication with coworkers and managers
- Maintain proper rotation of products to ensure product quality as per the company policy-including shelf, display, back stock and any other storage areas
- Clock in and out using smart phone to record time for payroll
The ideal candidate must:
- Be 21 or over and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Be friendly and professional when working with customers and coworkers
- Adhere to and follow all company policies, procedures and governmental regulations
- Have a clean driving record, valid driver's license and driving experience
- Have safe and reliable transportation
- Be responsible, organized and punctual
- Be flexible with time, over time and seasonal changes - there is no set clock out time
- Be available to work weekends
- Beer/beverage knowledge is helpful
Licenses/Certifications:
- Maintain valid class C driver's license with acceptable driving record and current certifications
- Must have coverage on your personal vehicle which meets company required limits
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional use of hand truck and pallet jack
- Lift/carry 35 lbs. repetitively
- Push/pull 35 lbs. repetitively
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Bend/stoop/crouch/squat
- Use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
- Work indoors in various temperatures

Route will be in the Eugene area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
