Salary Range: $60,000–$77,000 annually
Join the exceptional team at Chevy Chase Club as our next Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in our casual dining outlet. We’re seeking a dynamic hospitality leader with 1–2 years of experience in a private club or fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
What You’ll Do:
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll support daily operations and lead a large, diverse team with excellence. Your role will focus on delivering high-touch member service, mentoring and developing staff, and ensuring smooth execution of dining service.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of F&B leadership experience in a club or high-volume restaurant
- A hands-on, team-oriented management style
- Ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse service team
- Commitment to outstanding hospitality and attention to detail
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive annual salary ($60,000–$77,000) – Weekly Pay
