Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, staff supervision, and inventory control while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Supervise and train bar staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.
- Manage daily bar operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Oversee food production processes related to the bar menu, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Develop creative beverage menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bar management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and coffee preparation.
- Proficient in inventory control practices to manage stock levels effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for culinary arts and beverage trends is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
