What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor BOH & FOH teams, scheduling smart and coaching often
- Curate and cost menus that delight guests and protect margins
- Negotiate with vendors and run tight inventory to slash waste
- Champion ServSafe, OSHA, and alcohol-service compliance every shift
- Track KPIs, own the P&L, and course-correct before issues boil over
What You Bring
- 5+ years of F&B leadership in high-volume or multi-unit spaces
- ServSafe Manager & TIPS certified (or ready to get both)
- Proven ability to hit labor, food, and pour-cost targets
- A coaching mindset that turns good crews into great ones
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality or equivalent battle-tested experience
