Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Processing refunds and exchanges
- Processing payment
- Assist customers in store and via phone
- Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
- Following up in order to prevent delay and frustration
- Works independently or with minimal supervision
- May occasionally visit customers
- Cold calling (on phone)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Energetic Personality
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly are a must
- Must be computer literate
- Netsuite is a plus
- Speak Spanish and English fluently
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Foodservice experience a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Work in a non temp controlled environment.
- Lift 50 lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Available to work Saturdays
- Occasionally do an onsite visit within 30 miles of store
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
