Garage Floor Coating of MN is the leading concrete decorative and protective coating provider in the metro, with 28 years in the industry, located in St. Louis Park, MN.
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Flooring Sales Representative to join our team!
You will be responsible for promoting and selling our epoxy floor coating systems, as well as our polished concrete services. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, remodeling and flooring systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to coordinate efforts and share insights on customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Required Experience
- 3+ years experience in flooring sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
