About Us:
CDR is a growing company with a fast-paced and collaborative team. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Administrative Department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, fluent in Spanish and English, and has some experience with QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the finance team with daily administrative tasks
- Enter and maintain financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and simple reconciliations
- Organize and file financial documents (digital and paper)
- Respond to basic finance-related inquiries via phone and email (in both English and Spanish)
- Translate documents and help communicate with Spanish-speaking clients or vendors
- Schedule meetings and assist with finance-related reporting tasks
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (basic knowledge required)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or finance coursework is a plus)
Helpful Skills :
- Some experience working in an office or assisting with finance tasks
- Comfortable using spreadsheets or doing basic data entry
- Interest in learning more about bookkeeping or accounting
- Able to work well with numbers and stay organized under deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
