Job Summary
As a Preschool Assistant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and educational programs of the preschool. You will assist the school director in leading a team of educators to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the preschool's educational programs
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and educational standards
- Collaborate with parents to support children's learning and development
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including scheduling and curriculum planning
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven experience in education administration and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and manage a diverse team of educators
- Previous experience in a preschool setting is preferred but not required

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
