What You'll Be Doing:
- Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle
- Speak confidently in both English and Spanish
- Build strong customer relationships and earn repeat/referral business
- Respond to leads (walk-ins, calls, online) – no cold calling
- Work side-by-side with a supportive management team who wants you to win
What You Need:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Energetic personality and great people skills
- Coachable attitude with a strong work ethic
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
