Overview:
AJ Real Estate Group is hiring a Bilingual Construction Lead to manage our residential rehab projects across the DFW area. This role is a mix of hands-on construction work (50%) and supervision (50%), ideal for someone with strong field experience who’s ready to lead.
We specialize in single-family home renovations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and clear communication. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow inside a fast-moving real estate company.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise internal crews on job sites and hold them accountable to quality standards
- Work hands-on in the field—demo, framing, drywall, paint, and general remodeling
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks and communicate job status with the project manager
- Pull a trailer as needed to transport materials or tools
- Ensure crews follow defined construction phases and scope of work
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and track work using a smartphone (Company Cam, shared Notes)
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- 3+ years of crew leadership experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license + ability to pull a trailer
- Experience using power tools and common job site equipment
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable holding others accountable
- Willingness to use a smartphone for photos, communication, and tracking
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (some flexibility based on project needs)
