Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, changes, and cancellations.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Perform the creation of emails,quotes,invoices if required.
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or promotional offers as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize computer systems to track interactions and manage customer accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to type efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with computer systems is essential.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
