Key Responsibilities:
Engage in direct community interactions to provide information and services related to enrollment brokerage, addressing both group and individual needs.
Deliver information on various healthcare options to recipients and offer assistance in navigating their healthcare plans.
Collaborate with fellow representatives to handle daily administrative responsibilities.
Contribute to the onboarding process of new team members by assisting in their training and providing guidance.
Foster positive connections with local authorities, community organizations, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a quick learner of new software.
- Typing speed exceeding 20 words per minute.
- Willingness to travel within the county and neighboring areas, holding a valid CA driver’s license and insurance.
- Past engagement in presenting or public speaking roles (such as teaching, marketing, community outreach, education, or public relations) preferred.
- Capability to deliver information interactively, demonstrating cultural and linguistic competence in Spanish.
