Duties
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using sales administration tools.
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Network with potential customers
- Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.
Qualifications
- Background in customer service, retail sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette.
- Have strong people skills.
- Ability to utilize computer systems/data systems
