Role and Responsibilities
Location: Etna, Ohio
Shift: 7AM-4PM, M-F, Must be open to earlier time frame for new starts
Responsibilities include recruiting personnel and onboarding employees for onsite accounts:
This shift will run Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed. As we approach peak season, the On-Site must be flexible and able to arrive up to an hour earlier to support client requests for new starts
We are seeking someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English; and French is a plus.
The On-Site will be expected to walk the warehouse floor at least four times per day to monitor associate productivity and address any issues or concerns. While management team currently walks the floor, when possible, they need consistent support from the On-Site.
Additionally, the On-Site must review all employee punches daily, ensuring that any corrections are approved and completed by 10:00 AM. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. The On-Site will also be responsible for tracking daily attendance points and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
- Fill current and prospective job openings for onsite accounts
- Maintain an availability list for onsite accounts
- Processing payroll and auditing daily punches for associates
- Handling accident/injury investigations in cooperation with the safety team
- Maintain and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for customers
- Perform other administrative duties as dictated by business needs
- Check-ins of new starts at onsite locations
- Walk throughout the facility during the day to ensure safety and PPE compliance
