Position Overview
We are seeking an Energy Specialist to assist homeowners with planning their home improvement projects by connecting them with certified contractors and reputable financial institutions. This role focuses on setting qualified appointments and guide clients through the initial steps of financing and project scoping.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist homeowners in initiating energy-efficiency and home improvement projects.
- Coordinate between clients, financing providers, and certified contractors to streamline the process.
- Utilize a centralized client management portal to organize, track, and follow up with each lead.
- Support appointment setting by using targeted client data and direct marketing strategies.
- Ensure that each client is successfully connected with the appropriate contractor and financial service.
Compensation Structure
- Appointment Set: Earn $50 to $250 for each confirmed appointment.
- Upgrade Completion Bonus: Receive $500 to $5,000 per client who completes a home improvement upgrade.
- Uncapped Earnings: High performers can significantly increase earnings through volume and successful conversions.
